Hi, I’m Alyssa, and I love plants—seeing them, learning about them, designing with them, and teaching others about them, too. I stumbled into this field in 2014 while working for a grower in Ohio, and it just blossomed from there. I’ve learned a lot the hard way while tending my own land, and I’ve also grown professionally in a nursery setting. Over the last several years, I’ve worked hard to expand my skills to include design, tailored and practical education, and even diagnostics and treatment protocols. There's always something new to learn! What I love most—aside from the plants, of course—is helping people on their own gardening journey, from those who swear they can’t keep anything alive to fellow plant geeks like me. If you need help with anything from design, to learning how to properly prune your crape myrtle, to figuring out what on earth is wrong with your roses, I’m your girl.
